In 1994, Ocean Reef Recycling was the first fully operating program in the Keys which includes a full service and daily pick up from all commercial and residential properties of batteries, tires, cardboard, white goods (including Freon Recovery) and the required glass, aluminum, newspaper, plastic and vegetative waste.
